Betty Salas
 Betty Salas has been the Broker/Owner of All Village Realty since 2008. She is a long time resident of Lake County and a life long Florida Native. She is married to Anthony Salas, the youth pastor at Leesburg First Assembly of God. They have 4 children and soon to be grandparents. Through her many years in Real Estate, she has earned the GRI designation, Graduate of Realtor Institute, Multi-Million Dollar Producer many times over, the International Sterling Society Award several times, the International Diamond Society Award and the President’s Elite Award along with several other awards. Purchasing All Village Realty was a dream come true for Betty as she had been a part for the company for several years as an office manager diligently working to see its success in the area. Now she enjoys working with the Realtors to help them succeed and fulfill their goals in Real Estate. On a personal note, she loves animals, enjoys bike riding, being outdoors, and most of all time with her family.
